Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 18, 2026 • Version 2.4 (Enterprise & Meta Platform Compliant)
ZeroLeak Infra (zeroleakinfra.tech) operates exclusively as a neutral technical auditor and conversion data infrastructure provider. We maintain a strict 0% media commission policy, accept zero ad platform kickbacks, and never engage in agency media arbitrage. Our sole technical objective is reconciling telemetry signal truth.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ZeroLeak Infra website (zeroleakinfra.tech), our Client Audit Dashboard (/dashboard), diagnostic API endpoints (/api/*), or by authenticating your Meta (Facebook) advertising accounts for technical telemetry auditing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Nature of Technical Auditing Services
ZeroLeak Infra provides high-performance conversion infrastructure engineering, including:
- Forensic audit of conversion signal dropoff caused by browser ad-blockers, iOS Private Relay, and browser tracking prevention.
- Audit and speed optimization of mobile checkout web funnels to eliminate cart abandonment friction.
- Server-to-Server Meta Conversions API (CAPI) integrity reconciliation and payment gateway webhook drop verification.
- Independent financial reconciliation between Meta reported purchase revenue and audited bank settlement receipts.
3. Meta Platform API Integration & Read-Only Scopes
When connecting your Meta advertising assets via Meta OAuth Login or providing Graph API credentials to ZeroLeak Infra, you acknowledge and agree to the following technical constraints:
- Strict Read-Only Permission Scope: Our application (Meta App ID:
2433276933866574) requests access strictly limited to read-only scopes:ads_read,read_insights, andbusiness_management. - No Write or Modification Capabilities: ZeroLeak Infra has zero programmatic capability to create, modify, pause, scale, or delete your ad campaigns, ad sets, creatives, audiences, or billing information.
- Client Ownership & Revocation: You retain complete ownership over your Meta Business Manager and Ad Accounts. You may disconnect or revoke API access at any moment via your Meta Business Settings or via the "Disconnect" button on our Client Portal.
- Compliance with Meta Developer Policies: Both ZeroLeak Infra and the client agree to adhere strictly to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
4. Mutual Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
We treat your commercial performance data with absolute confidentiality:
- Protected Information: Client ad spend figures, gross merchandise value (GMV), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion margins, and customer identifiers are classified as confidential proprietary data.
- Non-Disclosure Commitment: ZeroLeak Infra shall never disclose, publish, sell, license, or transfer your commercial telemetry to competitors, third-party advertisers, or data aggregators.
- Data Minimization: Telemetry processed during automated audits is cached ephemerally and can be purged upon client request.
5. Client Responsibilities & Authorization
As a user or client of our auditing infrastructure, you represent and warrant that:
- You possess the legal authority and administrative rights to connect the designated Meta Ad Accounts and authorize telemetry auditing.
- Your business complies with applicable data privacy laws, including obtaining proper customer consent for first-party data tracking.
- You will not attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of our Linux VPS host or Nginx edge proxy architecture.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, diagnostic scripts, custom server-side CAPI routing pipelines, dashboard user interfaces, and technical documentation developed by ZeroLeak Infra remain the exclusive intellectual property of ZeroLeak Infra. The client retains sole ownership over their brand assets, advertising content, and raw transaction records.
7. Disclaimer of Performance Warranties
ZeroLeak Infra provides forensic infrastructure audits on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our engineering fixes data leakage and maximizes conversion attribution accuracy, we do not guarantee specific commercial sales outcomes, advertising profit margins, or consumer demand, as those depend on market product-market fit, creative quality, and external economic variables.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroLeak Infra and its officers, engineers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our audit reports or temporary downtime of third-party ad networks (e.g., Meta Graph API outages, payment gateway downtime).
9. Data Retention & Account Disconnection
Clients may terminate their connection at any time. You may disconnect directly on our Client Portal or submit a self-serve erasure request via our Data Deletion Instructions & Portal. Upon receiving a request or an automated Facebook callback, all stored audit telemetry and connection tokens will be permanently purged within 48 hours. Formal requests may also be sent to legal@zeroleakinfra.tech or privacy@zeroleakinfra.tech.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
